Keeping kids excited about eating healthy snacks is easy when you have a few little tricks up your sleeve.

This polar bear CalciYum snack is an all time favourite of ours. It ticks every box because it’s super cute, super easy and super healthy too.

Some recipes say they are easy but then end up taking forever… Well, we guarantee you this one is as easy as it gets. You’ll literally pop it together by the time your kids have sung the alphabet.

We hope you’ll actually end up having five seconds to sit down and have a moment to yourself while they gobble it up.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 CalciYum pouch
  • 3 slices of banana
  • 3 blueberries
  • METHOD
  1. Squeeze the CalciYum yoghurt into a small round bowl

  2. Cut three thin slices of banana and place them in the bowl of yoghurt — two for the ears and one for the nose.

  3. Grab three fresh blueberries and place two on the bowl of yoghurt for the polar bear’s eyes and one on the banana slice for the nose.

That’s it! You’re already done so pop on the kettle and make yourself a cuppa. We hope we’ve made your day a little bit easier.

Tip – on top of feeding hungry little bears, this polar bear snack is also a fun way to get kids excited about cold winter days. Brrrrr!
